Yes. The realm delivers worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for your destination will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customs duties may apply for orders outside the EU.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your parcel's journey to the realm.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. Please contact Client Services immediately if you need to make a change.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Collectibles, plushies, and limited edition items are final sale.
Contact our Client Services team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Yes. Exchanges for a different size of the same item are available within 30 days, subject to stock availability. Please contact Client Services to arrange an exchange.
Products & Sizing
Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide. Veyné garments are generally true to size with a slight oversized silhouette for most pieces. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for the ideal sovereign drape.
Order // 001 is the first Sovereign Collection. All items in this collection are produced in limited quantities. Once sold out, they will not be restocked — though future collections may revisit certain designs.
Most garments should be cold-washed inside out and hung to dry. Embroidered pieces should be washed on a delicate cycle. Full care instructions are printed on the garment label. Treat them as the sovereign pieces they are.
Yes. All Veyné plushies are made to EN71 European safety standards and are suitable for children aged 3 and above. They are made from non-toxic materials with securely attached components.
